With your account, you can easily share updates, offer guidance, and invite families to join the platform, ensuring they stay informed and supported at every stage of their journey. Plus, you can create and edit your information to better connect with those who need you most.
Below are steps and a quick guide on how you can play your part throughout this community - we look forward to your impact!

1. Sign In
On the top of our homepage, select the Sign In button. Alternatively, you can click here to enter your account credentials and access your personal page.

Note: Ensure you use your e-mail address and doula password sent through the registration
e-mail!
2. Your Dashboard
Welcome to your dashboard! Here, you can view all your patients' information, invite new users, and easily create and update documentation of your services. Whether you're keeping track of patient progress, adding new clients, or organizing your offerings, this space is designed to make your work smoother and more efficient. Stay connected, stay organized, and provide the best support possible—right from your dashboard!


3. Adding Visits
To document your visits with patients, simply click on "Documentation of Services" from your dashboard. From there, you can record important details such as the time of your visit, the service number for the care provided, the charge for the service, and the relevant 10-digit ICD-10 code. Be sure to fill in any other required information and save your entries. This feature makes it easy to keep accurate records of your visits, streamlining both your documentation process and billing.
4. Customization
There's more to your dashboard aside from your patients!

You can easily customize your doula profile to ensure all your contact information is up to date.

Simply go to your profile settings where you can edit your first name, NPI number, address, phone number, email, and any other relevant details. Keeping your profile current helps clients find and connect with you more easily, ensuring they have all the information they need to reach out for support.

5. Updates and More!
Last but not least, gain full access to your patients' pages - to help them to your fullest extent!

You can easily manage and update your patients' pages by clicking on the patient page links and editing their profiles as needed. This allows you to post statuses, monitor their current progress, and keep everything up to date in real-time.
By sharing updates, milestones, and important news, you can keep family and friends connected and engaged with your patient’s journey, ensuring they stay informed and supported every step of the way.
