Gary Josephson

Dr. Gary Josephson is a board certified otolaryngologist-head and neck surgeon, experienced healthcare executive, researcher, educator, and author. He served as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President at a nationally recognized pediatric health system and held professorships at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and the University of South Florida. An accomplished researcher and innovator, Dr. Josephson has published over 60 peer-reviewed articles, edited the textbook Complications in Pediatric Otolaryngology, and developed surgical instruments still in use today. His self-help book, Ordinary to Extraordinary: Seven Principles for Life Success, debuted as a Top 5 title with Morgan James Publishing. Recognized repeatedly in Best Doctors in America, Castle Connolly, and among “Jacksonville’s Best Surgeons,” he has served on numerous boards and committees advancing healthcare locally and nationally.
