How To Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from a patient page, simply message the SMS number (1-201-701-6934) the phrase: Unsubscribe <insert-patient-page-name>. A message will be sent shortly afterwards to confirm your unsubscription.

How To Add Pictures
To add pictures to your patient page, log in as the Account Admin and click on Add New Image. After uploading your image and clicking submit, your patient page will be updated.

How To Close Your Page
To close your patient page, please contact an Administrator or e-mail info@iasonotes.com.
