Our community provides a welcoming space to share meaningful updates on your patient page, connect with friends and family, and feel supported throughout your journey. We are here to assist you at every stage, making it easy to keep your loved ones informed and involved.

Here’s a quick guide to help you get started on the platform, so you can share your story with those who matter most.
1. Sign In
On the top of our homepage, select the Sign In button. Alternatively, you can click here to enter your account credentials and access your personal page.

Note: To log in as a page admin, ensure you use your e-mail address and administrator password instead of the page name + page password intended for guests.
2. Customization
Welcome to your patient page! Here, you can personalize your profile by uploading an Avatar, adding details such as Doctors, Caretakers, Medication and other important Patient Information to keep your profile comprehensive and informative.
3. Inviting Subscribers
To keep your friends and family updated, navigate to the Invite New Subscribers section!

Simply enter the Name and Phone Number of each person you’d like to subscribe to your page. You can also add new subscribers with your mobile phone contacts if you'd like as well.

Once confirmed, each contact will receive a text message invitation to subscribe. They can confirm their subscription by replying with "YES <name of patient page>".
After subscribing, every update you share will automatically be sent to your subscribers via SMS, ensuring they stay connected and informed.

4. Updates and More!
Once you have your loved ones as subscribers - keep them informed by sharing updates, milestones, or important news. Simply type in the text box with "Share your update" and attach a nice photo to go along with it!
Once ready, click Post to make the updates visible on your profile. Once done, all subscribers will receive a text update!​
Sharing these moments allows your family and friends to stay connected and engaged with your journey. We hope this feature helps make communication easier, offering support and encouragement for you and your loved ones every step of the way!
