William R. Spencer

Dr. William Spencer is a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist with more than 20 years of private practice experience, during which he has performed over 15,000 surgical procedures. A past president of the Suffolk County Medical Society and former chairman of the Suffolk County Health Committee, Dr. Spencer has been a leading voice in advancing public health initiatives, including landmark legislation to raise the smoking age and reduce environmental health risks. In addition to his clinical and policy work, he has a longstanding record of community service as a physician, leader, and pastor. As Chief Medical Officer of IASO Notes, Dr. Spencer brings deep clinical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to improving communication and patient-centered care.
